By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Distinctive Closets related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, customer service updates, and promotional offers or announcements. Message frequency will not exceed 5 service-related messages and 8 promotional messages per month.

By opting in, you also agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opting In. Customers opt in by submitting their phone number through our website form and manually selecting one or both SMS consent checkboxes before form submission. The checkboxes are not pre-selected and require affirmative user action. You may receive a confirmation message after signing up.

Authorized Use. By providing your mobile number, you confirm you are the authorized user of that number and responsible for any associated charges.

Duty to Notify. If your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or deactivated, you agree to notify Distinctive Closets immediately to prevent messages from being sent to an unintended recipient.

Supported Carriers. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability and coverage. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to These Terms. Distinctive Closets reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our SMS services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
